Utility company hits a gas line and, well, you can guess the rest.
Wednesday morning started off with with a bang for firefighters in District 12. Boston Water and Sewer had been doing an excavation to replace water mains when the explosion occurred. Working in front of 17 Danny Road, contractors hit the gas main, pulling the meter from the house.
